QDX is the submersible pump with an aluminum body that allows for quick drainage at construction sites: excavations, wells, and water retention basins. In domestic settings, it’s an essential tool in case of accidental flooding in basements, garages, and laundry rooms. To operate it, you need to: connect a discharge hose (not included) to the universal connector; submerge the pump, positioning it on the floor or base of the container to be emptied; plug it into the electrical outlet. When the float switch rises due to the presence of water, the pump will automatically begin to empty the area or basin until the desired level is reached (minimum residual level of 20 mm). The maximum submersion depth of QDX is 5 m. Since it is designed for clear water, it’s important to ensure that the water does not contain debris, dirt, or solid particles larger than 0.2 mm. The pump’s construction, with an aluminum body, impeller, and suction grille, and a stainless steel motor shaft, ensures durability and resistance. All versions come with built-in thermal protection, allowing the pump to run dry for up to one minute without damage. The maximum percentage of sand is 0.1%. It can pass suspended solids up to 0.2 mm. Submersion depth up to 5 m.
